Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Baker and her sisters, Misses Winnie and Bertha Kissinger attended church at Brownsville Sunday.

Jay Brooks, who drives for the Fisher oil company, is at home spending a few days with his family at this place

Frank Dunlap of Wheeling, a wholesale grocerman, made W. M. Baker of this place a pleasant call last week.

We hear the ring of the sleigh bell in every direction, it is the finest sleighing we have had for years.

M. J. Harkins will go to Elk Fork this week where he will be engaged in the oil business.

Services are still going on at the M.E. church at Sistersville with 102 converts.

Miss Minnie Haught called on her sister, Mrs. Robert Little Sunday.

S. A. Hurk, who was so low with la grip, was on the streets today.

Mr. and Mrs. John Haught called on their brother Noah today.

Preaching at Gravel Hill Sunday February 26 at 3 o'clock p.m.

The thermometer stood 24 degrees below zero at this place.
