Seeking other descendants of William and Eleanor (Kelly) Brown, of Brown and Lost Creek Townships, Miami County. William died at Fletcher, Miami County, and I would like to know his burial place. My great-grandfather was his son, Joseph, who married (1st) Hester Eldridge; (2nd) Penelope Dawson; and (3rd) Chloe Boswell Prentiss. Joseph left Miami County ca. 1856 after Hester's death with some of his children and his brother, Archibald S., bound for Washington County, Iowa. He died during the 1890s in Marion County, Iowa. He was joined in Iowa by all of his children except Lydia, an infant left behind in Miami County with relatives and subsequently lost track of.
