Looking for any information of the family of FRANK CYPHERS from the PIQUA-TROY area. Time frame about 1930. there was at least one son ,OLLIE (pee wee) CYPHERS. He died in 1946 and is buried in TOLEDO,O. FRANKs wife's madin name is EPPERSON, possibality she is from the SHELBY-MIAMI co. area. No other information has surfaced. Any help will be thankful.
