WILLIAM E. CLARK William E. Clark, the second son above named, is one of the progressive young farmers of Belmont county, and has his home upon a farm of 141 acres, which he has handsomely improved. He was born September 11, 1864, was reared on the old farm, and given a good common school education. On September 7, 1882, he was married to Lizzie G. McFarland, who was born in 1859, the daughter of Andrew J. McFarland, who is elsewhere mentioned. To this union have been born three children: Margaret L., June 4, 1884; Francis B., April 20, 1886, and Samuel Mc., July 11,1889.
