The Pet Pig

Dorothy Jones Bayes with one of their pet pigs.  On the farm the runt of the litter was always raised on a bottle because it was not getting enough food from its mother (which is why it was a runt).  Because of its dependence on the bottle and upon the people who fed it, the runt always became a pet.

As the pig grew and became a pet this always led to a new kind of problem.  What does one do with a pet pig?
