Meetings:

Meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 6 PM at the Jackson City Library which is located at 21 Broadway St., Jackson, OH. The public is invited to attend.

Membership info:

The cost is $10.00 per year for an individual membership and $12.00 for a family membership. The membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. The newsletter is published quarterly in March, June, September, and December. If you join at any time during the year you will get all newsletters for that year. Queries may be submitted to be published in the newsletter. Queries are free for members and $2.00 for non-members. Multiple queries are accepted. Make your check payable to "Jackson County Chapter, OGS" and mail it to the address above. You may list the family names that you are researching.

Research facilities:

The chapter houses all of its research materials in the Jackson City Library and all materials are available to the public at regular library hours. When you visit for the first time, ask the librarian to show you what is available and to demonstrate the Microfilm reader.
