Mr.Spencer had the 1st gasoline power auto Hearst in Huron Co.Ohio.The picture is around 1925 on Myrtle Ave.Willard,Ohio at the north end of town,east side of street across from the city hall.The building in the background were his place of business.He also was in the Furniture Store business and had a hotel.
