Mary Eliza Austin DECKER was born 12 Feb 1865 at Wakeman, OH to Agnes ROWLAND & Julius AUSTIN. She married J. Howard DECKER at New York, Kings Co., NY on 16 Apr 1885 & resided at Linoleumville (now Travis), Richmond Co., Staten Island, NY. The Deckers had 3 sons, J. Howard Jr, Percy & Ernest.
