WASH DAY WWI

Photo was taken during WWI, On the far left, front row without a shirt on is my great grandfather named James "Jay" William Thayer. It was taken on their "wash day". Other men's names are unknown.

James "Jay" William Thayer was born 10 Jul 1888 Townsend Twp. Huron Co. OH, died April 1972 Lorain Co. OH, married Helen Elizabeth Austin 19 Oct 1909 Erie Co. OH later divorced, married #2 Flora Brooks.
