Fairfield and buried in Hinkley Cemetery. Freeborn married Nov. 10, 1869 in Huron County to Martha (Mattie) Ludenska Hakes b. October 13, 1847 Bronson Township, Huron County, Ohio. Martha was the daughter of Norman Southard Hakes and Adelia Marie Fox. The children of Freeborn and Mattie were: Norman Porter Kellogg b. Sept. 30, 1870 in Bronson, Ohio, Irving Howard Kellogg. b. Jan 19, 1871 in Austin, Chicago, Illinois, Harry Hugh Kellogg b. Jan. 5, 1876 Austin, Chicago, Illinois.....Artemas Brewer Kellogg, b. Oct 21, 1878 Austin, Chicago, Illinois. and Ethel Viola Kellogg b. Oct. 30, 1880 in Austin, Chicago, Illinois. Freeborn Garrison Kellogg died March 7, 1903 in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois Martha (Mattie) Ludenska Hakes Kellogg died March 8, 1921 in Cook County, Chicago, Illinois They are both buried in Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Park, Cook County, Illinois | |
