Seeking info on Dora (PULS?) ARMBRECHT, born about Oct 1830 in Germany. Came to USA sometime be tween 1847 & 1850. Her husband died in 1864 at Andersonville Prison. Children: Henrietta "Ada" Johanna ARMBRECHT born Sep 1854, Isaac ARMBRECHT born Feb 1857, Henry ARMBRECHT born May 1859, and Amanda ARMBRECHT born July 1861. AMRINE/POWERS ** Henry AMRINE married Cloe POWERS in 1820 in Madison Co. Ohio. They went back to Wayne/Richland (now Ashland Co.) before the 1820 census, then moved to Adams Co. Ohio.� When the Fed Govm't started selling land in Hancock Co. in the 1830's Henry and several siblings� purchased land and moved near Carey. This area later became Wyandot Co. Would like to share information on these families.
