Hamilton Probate Court
To Albert Wetterstroem Esq., of Hamilton County, Greeting:
We command that you notify Kezia Olivia Wetterstroem, widow and, Albert Wetterstroem, Wm. B. Wetterstroem, Anna Wetterstroem, Theodore Wetterstroem and Ermie E. Wetterstroem, children of Augustus Wetterstroem that a paper writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Augustus Wetterstroem late of said County, deceased, has been filed in the office of the Probate Court of said County; and that the same will be offered for probate and record before the Judge of the Probate Court, at the Court House in Cincinnati, in said County, on the 11th day of June A.D. 1880, at 2 o'clock P.M..
I Witness Whereof, I Isaac B. Matson, Judge of the said Court, have hereunto set my hand, and affixed the seal of said Court, at Cincinnati, this 7 day of June Anno Domini 1880.

By the certainty of death and the uncertainty of life I, Augustus Wetterstroem, give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Keziah Olive Wetterstroem my two houses and lot at Seymour, Indiana, also my watch, also all the household furniture in my dwelling house and all my cash money that I possess now or ever should possess.

In Witness Whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal and the seal of this church, where I am officiating as minister of the Gospel, this first day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty five.
Signed and sealed, by said Augustus Wetterstroem, in the presence of us, who in his presence and in the presence of each other, and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
