I JENNET CUNNINGHAM of the County of Hamilton and State of Ohio do
make and publish this my last will and testament in maner and form
following
that is to Say -

first: it is my will that my funeral Expenses and all my Just
Debts
be fully Paid

Second: I Give Devise and bequeath to my Son ARTHUR CUNNINGHAM my
yong Black mare one year Last Spring.

Third: I Give and Devise to my Son FRANCIS CUNNINGHAM my yong
Black
Horse & old Sorrel mare and all other Horses which now own or
posess
Except the mare Given to Arthur - also two Beds and Beding &
Bedsteads
and all the kitchen Furniture cas? fire Irons one Dining Table.

fourth: I Give and Devise to my Gran Daughter ANN MEAD one Bed
and
Beding.

fifth: I Give and Devise to my Gran Daughter JENNET CUNNINGHAM
one
Bed and Beding and Six Dollars in money.

Sixth: I Give and Devise to my Grandaughter the Daughter of JAMES
CUNNINGHAM Six Dollars in money.

Seventh: I Give and Devise to my Gran Daughter the Daughter
SAMUEL
CUNNINGHAM Six Dollars in money

8th I Give and Devise to JANE PITMAN the Sum of Six Dollars in
money.

9th I Give and Devise to SALLY DEMICK Six Dollars in money.

10th I Give and Devise to my Sons Each as follows to ROBERT
CUNNINGHAM fifteen Dollars, to JAMES CUNNINGHAM fifteen Dollars, to
SAMUEL
CUNNINGHAM fifteen Dollars, to ARTHUR CUNNINGHAM fifteen Dollars, to
JESSE
CUNNINGHAM fifteen Dollars, to FRANCIS CUNNINGHAM fifteen Dollars To be
Paid by my Executors as Soon as Convenient after my Decease.

11th I Give and Devise to my Daughter SALLY GRAHAM all my wearing
appearel or clothing over fifteen Dollars in money.

12th I Give and Devise to ELIZABETH AURGADINE Six Dollars in
money
and it is my will that all the money by me Given to the before
mentioned
Persons Shall be paid as Soon as Collected by my Executors.
and Lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my two Sons JAMES
CUNNINGHAM
and JESSE CUNNINGHAM to be the Executors for this my Last will and
testament
Revoking
and annulling all former wills by me made and Ratifying and confirming
this and no other to be my Last will and testament.
In testamony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this
25th Day of September 1834.
