Timothy Whiting Jr. -Vs-  David Sprong Jr.  and Hannah Sprong , his wife and little Miami Railroad Company . Filed 15 July 1841 , for foreclosure of mortgage. Property located in the town of Fulton.

The person sought is a native of Swansea in Cambridgeshire, England, his age is about 30 years. He removed to this country with his wife and family about 5 years ago, and settled near Cincinnati Ohio. He was by trade a butcher.
