Personally appeared before me, the undersigned, Judge of the Probate Court, within and for the County of Hamilton, Martin A. Neese, who being duly sworn, deposeth and saith, that he is more than twenty-one years of age, and has no lawful wife living, And that Carrie A. Moore, is more than eighteen years of age, and has no lawful husband living, that she is a resident of the County of Hamilton aforesaid and the said Martin A. Neese further says that said Carrie A. Moore and affiant are not of nearer relation to each other than that of second cousin, and that he knows of no legal objection to the Marriage contemplated between them. And further this deponent saith not.

Sworn to and subscribed before me Martin A. Neese on this 17th day of Feb 1885

Martin Neese was the son of Martin V. B. Neese and Caroline Snodgrass
Carrie A. Moore was the daughter of William Moore and Elizabeth Moore.

Application for a Marriage License
The State of Ohio, Hamilton County
To the Honorable Jude of the Probate Court of Hamilton County:

The undersigned respectively represents that he is one of the applicants for a Marriage License and upong being duly sworn deposes and says that his name is Milo Manlove Flemming, that he was 30 years of age on the 1 day of Sept 1912, that his residence is College Hill Ohio, that his place of birth was Indiana, that his occupation is Teacher, this his fathers name is Marion Flemming, that his mothers maiden name was Sarah Ellen Kelly, that the application was not previously married and that he has no wife living, that he is not nearer to kin to Celia Irene Neese than second cousin and that there is no legal impedement to his being married, and that he is not a habitual drunkard, epileptic, imbecile or insane person and is not now under the influence of any intoxication liquor or intoxicatin drug.

Wheretofore, applicant prays that a Marriage License issue to himself and Celia Irene Neese

Healthy Ohio, that her place of birth was Mt. Healthy Ohio, that her occupation is (unreadable), this her fathers name is Martin Neese, that her mothers maiden name was Carrie Moore, that the application was not previously married and that she has no husband living, that she is not nearer to kin to Milo Manlove Flemming than second cousin and that there is no legal impedement to her being married, and that she is not a habitual drunkard, epileptic, imbecile or insane person and is not now under the influence of any intoxication liquor or intoxicatin drug.

Wheretofore, applicant prays that a Marriage License issued to herself and Milo Manlove Flemming

It is expected R?? Sebastian will solemnize the marriage of said parties.

And afterwards to-wit - - On the dame day license was issued as follows:

Be it known, That License and Permission of Marriage was hereby granted to Milo Manlove Flemming and Celia Irene Neese.
And any Minister of the Gospel, Justice of the Peace, or other person legally licensed to solemnize Marriage, is hereby authorized to join them in Marriage according to law.

Married on the 24th day of December 1912
Milo Manlove Flemming and Celia Irene Neese.
College Hill, Hamilton County Ohio
 

Celia Irene Neese was the daughter of Martin A. Neese and Carrie A. Moore
Celia died in 1915 in College Hill, Hamilton County Ohio.
Milo then married Hazel Virginia Neese, sister of Celia.
