Blizzard Hits Buckeye State
Snow Record is Broken at Many Points
Cincinnati Man Freezes
     Cincinnati, O., Feb. 18. - Cincinnati lies under a blanket of snow which is the heaviest fall recorded in 25 years.  The snow has been falling for 24 hours and reached a depth of from 18 to 20 inches.  The first tragedy of the storm came when Herman HAVERKAMP of this city was found unconscious in a drift at Twelfth and Vine streets.  He died.

Flyer on C.H. and D. Road Crashes into Street Car.
Motorman Fatally Injured While Passengers Escape By Jumping
     Cincinnai, Feb. 17- Fast C.H. and D. Passenger Train No. 26, outbound, crashed into College Hill Car No. 15 shortly before 6 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the C.H. and D. crossing and ------ avenue.  The car at the time was bound for the barn.  Two passengers aboard it jumped before the collision, but August KLOSTERKEMPER, the motorman, recieved injuries that may prove fatal.  He is at the City Hospital suffering with a fractured skull and numerous bruises.  He resides at 2515 Dennis street, is 44 years old and a brother of Traffic Officer KLOSTERKEMPER.
