New additions are added as time allows and may not be
picked up in the search immediately upon posting. Remember,
though the search engine only picks up exact spellings.
Be sure to browse around the site to make sure you don't
miss what might be that tiny piece of information that
could break down that brick wall
(or at least put a tiny hole in it).

A comprehensive listing of burials at Wesleyan - everyone will have their own "page" with all of the info that we find or is submitted to this site. To submit info, use one of the mail links you will find on (most) all pages on this site. Please specify that the information is for the Wesleyan Cemetery site. With your help we can make this one of the most informative sites on the web for researchers, genealogists and family historians with connections to Wesleyan Cemetery, and the information will always be available free of charge. This will be an ongoing project, so please be patient, and check back often.

Message board for Wesleyan Cemetery, where you can post queries, share info on the cemetery and those buried there. NOTE: Profanity and flaming will not be tolerated, and such posts will be removed without notice.
While I am trying to get all of the links set up and indexed, if you are searching for someone that might be buried at this cemetery, many of the cemetery's burials have been transcribed by Mr. Joe Fleshman and basic information can be found here. More information is available by contacting Mr. Fleshman at the email address listed on that site or from the burial records that he donated to the USGenWeb Tombstone Transcription Project. (The records are not searchable, but can be downloaded and viewed.)
He has most graciously agreed that I also post them on this site, in searchable format. I am working on getting them set up, but it may take a little time since the database is so large.
Please help expand our resources!
If you have old photos of the cemetery or any of the people buried there, old maps, any bios or other items that you would like to donate copies of to be posted on this site, please email me using the link below to make arrangements about sending the items. I am putting together a photo gallery of the cemetery. If the photo is of someone that is buried in the cemetery, I will link the photo to the burial record when they are added.
Please DO NOT send the originals, as I would hate to take a chance on them getting lost or damaged. Scanned or electronic copies would be great! If you are unable to send electronic copies, we can make other arrangements for getting them on the site, so please go ahead and contact me.
