Hospitals

City Hospital built originally as Wauseon High School
in 1868. It was opened as Hospital in 1903

First City Hospital, now the Historical Museum
with Building donated to the Society in 1969 by
Ruth Brown Campbell.

Detwiler Memorial Hospital, built about 1929, opened January 1930 and was operated
till March 1973 when the new Health Center was opened. It was then used as the County Nursing home till December 1997. It has been remodeled & is now Detwiler Manor County Offices.
