IN MEMORIAM: Patricia WATKINS LAY, 82, died Friday, 25 FEB 2000, following a lengthy illness. Patty was a Charter Member and Past President of our Chapter. Patty was a very active and an extremely gracious woman who is missed by all who knew her.
