Welcome to the East Cuyahoga County Genealogical Society

I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of you devoted family historians. It can be so much fun to trace your roots and uncover your family’s heritage. It is even better when you can share your journey with like-minded people who are ready to listen, answer questions, and offer advice and encouragement.

I invite you to join us at one of our fun and informative monthly meetings. Topics range from how-to lectures on genealogical research to talks on social history so that you can understand how your ancestors lived. We can help you be that family history detective.

Walk-ins at in-person meetings are welcome with no advance notice.
To ask for a Zoom invitation, email the ECCGS Webmaster
Requests to attend must be received before 4:00 PM ET the day of.

Guests are welcome at two meetings, after which they will be asked to join ECCGS.
