Betty Fisher and Bill Fisher, descendants, recently restored the
cemetery. They reset the stones
they could find and erected a new wood fence to protect the
cemetery. They also erected a newer
monument listing all the burials. The original stones were
left in their respective places.
Pictures taken by Pamela Smith, CCGS member, fall of
2009. Betty Fisher
and Bill Fisher took a day to guide me to this cemetery and obtain
permission
for me to enter. CCGS thanks you both for your dedication and
contribution
to our local pioneers. They have done a beautiful job of
resetting the stones
and erecting a fence to protect this important part of Clermont History.
Stones that were not located that were previously seen:
Jacob Fisher, Aceny Fisher and Joseph Fisher
