I am looking for John (Jon) WINTER. I have records of him being born in Urbana on October 24 1824. Though recent reserch has led me to believe that this date may be wrong. His wife Eva (Evvie) FAIRBANKS lived in Urbana in 1870 and according to the cencus she was 9 years old then. They were supposidly married on April 4 1870. This does not sound right to me. Do you have any additional info. I'd love a lead on who John's parents were.
