John Fields and wife Sarah were in Union Twp., Belmont Co. for the 1850 census, with children Sarah 21fOH, my 3.g.grandfather John T. FIELDS 21mOH, James FIELDS 16mOH farmer. John was 57, tailor b. PA and Sarah 60 b. PA. Sarah was the d/o Phebe (HOUSE) and Enos BROOMHALL. Where is this family in 1860? Are they buried in Belmont Co.?

Hinshaw's Encyclopedia of Quaker Genealogy refers to Ridge Burial Ground associated with the Somerset Monthly Meeting, Somerset Twp., Belmont Co., Ohio, in the 1860s. Where is the Ridge Burial Ground? Can it be found on the ground today?

Looking for information on Isaac WHITE (b.@1810) of Union Twp. Per the will of his son, Thomas (1837-1919), there were 2 daughters and 2 sons born to Isaac. Thomas, wife (Caroline Hadsell) and family moved to Poweshiek Co. Iowa in 1880. States Thomas was raised in the faith of the Friends church.
