I have in my possession the family bible of Charlotte Boyd Marcear. She was
born Aug 22, 1873 in Belmont Co, Ohio and died June 23, 1933 in Tulsa,
Oklahoma. The following was on the family pages in the bible. The in is
faded to a sepia brown but just legible enough to read.

I found the following in a box of papers belonging to my great grandfather,
Robert S. Eyre of Washington Court House, Ohio. Maybe it will be helpful to
others. Marti in Columbus, OH
The following was copied from an old Bible now (no date given) in the
possession of A.B.C. Doster, of Temperanceville, Belmont County, Ohio, by
Stella Doster Hendryx, daughter of J.G. Doster, commonly called "Joe".
John Doster, son of Thomas and Mary, was born March 19th 1770.
Lydia McNees, daughter of Isaiah and Elizabeth McNees was born August 27th
1769.
John Doster and Lydia McNees were married November 18th 1795
Henry Doster and Sidney W.C. Crumley were married Sept. 3, 1882

Even(sic) and Jane Phillips’ Family Bible was copied in April, 1986 by
Donna M Wilson of Canton, Ohio who’s husband is a descandant of Evan and
Jane Philips. The entries relating to their children follow:
ANN PHILLIPS daughter of EVEN and JANE PHILLIPS was born the 5th day of
April and the 7th day of the week about 4 O. Clock in the morning in the
year of our Lord 1783.
DAVID AND ENOCH PHILLIPS was born the 22nd day of October the first day
of the week about 10 O Clock in the morning 1786.
JANE PHILLIPS was born the 2nd day of March the 4th day of the week in
the year of our Lord 1791.
MARY PHILLIPS daughter of EVEN AND JANE PHILLIPS was born the 11th day
of January the 7th day of the week about 4 O Clock in the morning in the
year 1794.
WILLIAM PHILLIPS was born the 5th day of January and the 5th day of the
week about nine O Clock in the morning in the year of our Lord 1797.
EVEN PHILLIPS was born the 1st day of September and the 1st day of the
week in the year of our Lord 1799.
JOHN PHILLIPS was born the 2nd day of October and the 7th day of the
week in the year of our Lord 1802.
MATILDA PHILLIPS was born February the 4th day of the month and the 4th
day of the week in the year of our Lord 1807.
R. (There is no explanation for this R)
The Ann shown is most probably Ruhanna Phillips since other information
indicates 1783 is appropriate for her birth year.
Nancy Phillips is not shown in this Bible; however, both Evan and Jane
Phillips acknowledge her as heir (Jane refers to her as her daughter in
her will).

Fisher/Smith Family Bible - My husband's ggrandmother was Anna Fisher Smith. This Bible is very old and I have attempted to transcribe it accurately. The handwriting is very flowery and a little hard to decipher in spots, but this is my best guess.
