Researching Samuel Reed Davis supposed to be buried in Barryville Cemetary. Died mid 1920s. How can I get information about who is buried here and dates? When I visited cemetary in mid 1970s, could not find his grave. Found his wives graves--Anna Ostrander and Ettie Bludwig. He is my g. grandfather and am researching his line. Have very little info on him except born in Ridgebury, Orange Co., he was a stone mason and supposedly had a boarding house in Barryville.

Seeking anyone with this name. My grandfather Sylvester Smith's sister Annie F Smith..10-20-1880 was married to Jesse Dexheimer...1879. They lived over towards the Yulan-Narrowsburg area. My mother remembers an Aunt Mamie or similar name. I show a Mary (Minnie) Smith, Sylvester's sister. Was she a Dexheimer too? On a sheet with someone's will it does show a Mary A Dexheimer, but, we do not find it anywhere else. Mom recalls someone being a seamstress from Brooklyn, that someone had 3 sons. She is not sure who this was. I am 55, I do recall going to visit someone over that way. The children were a bit younger than I was. Were you one of those children?

In 1860 John and Sarah are still in Forrestburgh with Alfred, Emily, George, Sarah, Mary, Rebecca and Harriett. Sally the mother is Sarah DRAKE and Sarah the daughter married James LYBOLT, Emily married Charles DEKAY. Rebecca married Ralph STEINARD and Harriett married Harry BARTON. There is a William W HARTWELL listed in George's family bible. George's bible says LOVELACE. >

Thomas died in 1800 and I believe was buried in Narrowsburg Cemetary, Sullivan County NY. Thomas was in the Revolutionary War. Thomas had a son, Thomas Jr., who was born in 1767. I am looking for decendent children of Thomas and Thomas Jr. who might tie into my GGGGrandfather,William Dunn, who was born in Flatbrookville N.J. (Sussex County) on June 30, 1785. I believe that John C was b 1849 and married Mary Elizabeth Enderly. Jedidiah and Minerva Dunning are buried in Old Fallsburg Cemetery. Does anyone know where that is located?
