John & Sarah Jenkins
John D. Jenkins emmigrated to America in 1856.
John D. Jenkins was born 1831 Llangrannog, Cardiganshire County, Wales the son of
David and Catherine Jenkins he was babtised 26 June 1831 at the Parish Church
of Llangrannog. He married Sarah J. Griffis in 1859. He died 8 April 1895 at
Dekalb, New York. And is buried in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Richville, New York.
Sarah J. Griffis was born 31 July 1836 at Bettws Efan the daughter of
James & Ann Griffis she was baptised 3 September 1836 at the Trewen Independant
Chapel in Brongwyn, Cardiganshire County, Wales. She died 16 March 1910 at Dekalb,
New York and is buried in the Maple Grove Cemetery, Richville, New York.
They had no children.
