Esther Jones was born 1820 in Penbryn, Cardiganshire County, Wales.
The daughter of Thomas and Mary Jones. And baptised 12 March 1820 in the
Parish Church of Penbryn. She died 9 September 1898 at Dekalb, New York.
And was buried 12 September 1898 in the Wayside Cemetery, Richville, New York.
They had a total of seven children, six who grew to adulthood.
Enoch P. (listed as a welsh pioneer) born 20 August 1842 at Penbryn,
Cardiganshire County, Wales. And baptised 19 November 1842 in the Parish Church of
Penbryn. He married Jane Jones (listed as a welsh pioneer)in 9 October 1866
at Dekalb. He died 2 March 1926 at Gouverneur, New York. And was buried in the
Riverside Cemetery, Gouverneur, New York.
Thomas Phillip (listed as a welsh pioneer) born 30 October 1846 in Troedyraur,
Cardiganshire County, Wales. He married Mary Davies (listed as a welsh pioneer)in
5 May 1874 at Norwood, New York. He died 11 May 1931 at Dekalb, New York and is
buried in the Wayside Cemetery.
Walter C. was born in 1849 at Troedyraur, Wales. Married Matilda. Died between 1898
and 1926.
James was born in 1853 at Troedyraur, Wales. Died between 1860 and 1870 in
Gouverneur, New York.
Arthur Hill was born 1857 at Gouverneur. Married Eva Hill in 28 September 1882
at Windsor, Ohio after 1926 in Columbus, Ohio.
Sarah was born 1858 at Gouverneur. Married C.L. Wooledge. She died in 1921.
at Greenwich, Conn. And is buried in the Wayside Cemetery.
Charles G. was born 1860 at Gouverneur. Died between 1898 and 1926 in
Milwalkee, Wisconsin.
