* Erastus Riley - no stone was Civil War drafted & died 54 days after joining.  In Army Hospital in Elmira from Malaria and scarlet fever before joining his company. - per George Hill.

Note: ERASTUS RILEY now has a bronze "military style" marker set in august 2000 by his great-great grandson Joe Riley and wife of Caton and great-great granddaughter Bev Riley Dates of Corning. "All things come to those who wait" even tho' the poor soul had no marker for 140+ years! Thanks, Bev Riley Dates per e-mail to Judy - added 11-10-01

# DAR list - These last 10 with the # mark are not on the list that Mr. Hill submitted in 1978 perhaps the stones are no longer standing or visible - or perhaps were overlooked?  These however are on the list submitted to the DAR by DAR members. - JAC
