Mr. Hill also notes: "There are 18 graves of children that are marked with field stones set on edge. God alone knows who they are." "I noterized these records, gave them to Mrs. Lewis VanDuzer of Horseheads, who sent them to the D.A.R. headquarters at Washington, D.C. and to the library at New york City and to the library at Albany." - George N. Hill 1970
Oct. 1970 - "I am told that Barney Griswold buried six of his children above the wood beyond the Tobey pond. Leslie Tobey told Iva Riley this. I have searched for these graves and can't find them" - per George Hill
