Old Baptist Church Cemetery
Caton, Steuben Co., NY
Copied by Marie B. Cornell, when visited on Sat., Oct. 22, 1966, accompanied by Roy Thurber, a native of Caton twp. Cemetery covered with a tangled growth. Only a few tombstones could be reached, and fewer were legible. The early Baptist church stood just above the burying grund. The site is close to the present village of Caton. There is another compilation of this cemetery with notes. Please see the bottom under the data.

"On the hill West of the Center near the telephone exchange building is an old cemetery. I have been told it was the Baptist Cemetery. Here are a few stones. Iva Riley gave me the following:
