Williams of Berkshire, 1873. Also a vellum deed conveying over 200,000 acres of land west of Owego Creek to Schuyler County and north of the Susquehanna River to Dryden by John and Judith Watkins to a company of men - known as the Watkins-Flint Purchase, 1794.
