ca1910 - 1915 Cook Book, Interlaken, Seneca County, NY - NYGenWeb USGenWeb Project NYGenWeb Project

The following women contributed recipes to an early 20th century softcover cookbook, simply titled "The Interlaken Cook Book." All names are spelled exactly as in the original and have been alphabetized for your convenience. Among the ads are pictorial advertisements for Cole's Hotel at Kidder's Ferry and the Cayuga Lake House at Sheldrake. On checking into an online 1910 census database, the contributor found that most of the women resided in the town of Covert and were born in the 1870s and 1880s. This cookbook is in a private collection.
