GEN. EDWARD FITCH BULLARD. For a considerable time a resident of Troy, and long (and now) associated with the bar of Rensselaer County, Gen. Bullard deserves mention in this connection. His record as a lawyer is conspicuous, and his practice has been widely extended; as a jury advocate he is also very successful. The reader is referred to History of Saratoga Co., N.
