Tue, 29 Oct 1996 20:23:11 My family is from Onondaga County. We visited there in '95 and went to almost every cemetery. I've been trying to find a grave with the name of Rita Radley on it. She the missing link to my family. All I know is that she was burned in a Xmas fire at a young age. This would have to be after 1920. Cause my Aunt was adopted in 1923 from the Peterboro Home. Both my father and her where placed their. She was adopted by some people called John and Mimmie England. My father ran away from the place and came to California.
My grandmother's name was Clara Alberta Hall Radley, she is buried under the name "Mother Denney" at the Graham Cemetery in Hubbardsville. Let me know if you or someone in Onondaga County can help.

Tue Jan 14 07:34:15 1997 Looking for ANY information on the RANSIER family. Charles Ransier had two and likely more daughters. Stella Ransier was born in Massena in 1872. Her known sister is Elizabeth Ransier. There may have been other sisters, Dora Ransier and Louise Ransier. Stella lived in Syracuse and Chittenango. A Ransier family moved from Deferit to Watertown and then Brooklyn. It seems likely these two sets of Ransiers are related. Sat Oct 5 18:18:05 1996 Looking for any information on REDFIELD. James Wilcox REDFIELD, 1789-1855 m Olive DeCamp, 1794-1870, they were pioneers of Jordan, old Elbridge, Onondaga Co, NY. Have traced aall children but Charles Allen REDFIELD b1822 who m S.Fuller and they had child William Allen REDFIELD b 1854. They stayed in the area. New family name GLADYS BUTLER, 2 brothers (Rich) were given either to a Catholic orphanage or Seminary. There were other children. BELL RICH married and moved to California. She had 4 daughters. Their first child was Emma Richard, born 18 Nov 1867 in Syracuse, NY. Daughter Elizabeth was born 1 May 1872 in New York. The family moved to WI around 1875. twp. ) after 1832 for Ohio with wife and two chikldren. Settled in Coshocton
Co. Ohio. Listed in the OH 1850 census as a Doctor. Wife's given name was
Mindwell. Last name not known. Can anyone shed light on his parentage,

Fri Jan 31 14:27:29 1997 I am looking for forebears of RUNYAN,Nathaniel b. 9/19/1808 in Penn Yan (Yates Co.), NY. I am also looking for forebears of his wife COOKINGHAM,Phebe b.cc 1808,& her brother COOKINGHAM,I.V. who probably came from the same area. They lived in NY until sometime between 1839 and 1850 when they moved to New London OH. Also I am looking for the forebears of LOVE,Clinton b. 7/4/1804 in NY and his wife STOCKER,Mary b.1808 in Holland (Erie Co.),NY. They lived in NY until sometime between 1839 and 1844 when they moved to Wisconsin (around Clinton,Vernon and Janesville). I have very little to go on except I have been told that RUNYAN had several spellings, and the family seemed to be well off. The RUNYAN or LOVE branches of my family also have been said to have some genetic dental malformation which passed down from generation to generation, affecting approx. 1/2 of offspring.
