Sun Dec 15 16:38:35 1996 I am searching for any information (or help) on the family (parents, siblings, etc.) of William Donley/Donnelly, born Aug. 31, 1837 in Onondaga Co, near Syracuse. May have had siblings Daniel, Frank, and James. Parents may have been born in PA. Supposed to have left New York for Ohio before or around 1850. I have William Donley's Civil War records, which point to Onondaga County, NY, but I have been unsuccessful in finding him or his family in any other records prior to 1870(in IA).
