Charles Huntington, 80,
of
Ironsides Road, SOuth Ononda-
ga, died yesterday at Communi-
ty-General Hospital after a brief
illness.
A life resident of South Onon-
daga, Mr. Huntington was for-
merly a farmer. From 1946 to
1957 he was associated with the
soil testing division of the State
Department of Agriculture.
He was a member of the South
Onondaga Methodist Church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs.
Cora Belle Nicholas Huntington;
a sister, Mrs. Florence Carruth-
ers; and a brother, William
Huntington of South Onondaga.
Services will be at 11 a.m.
Thursday at the Norris Funeral
Home with the Rev. Hugh D.
Johnson officiating. Burial will
be in South Onondaga Cemetery.
Friends may call from 7 to 9
today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
tomorrow.
