Remains of W. W. Gunn Brought Here. the remains of winsor w.
gunn, a former well known manlius citizenm were brought from his home in
clermont, fla., for burial. the services at the grave were in charge of
r.b. hayes post, g.a.r., of fayetteville, of which the deceased was quartermaster
for many years. rev. g. g. perrine made the prayer. mr. gunn, whose death
occured at the family home in clearmont on the evening of wednesday, oct.
25, was born in lafayette township of pioneer parentage, and prior to making
his home in florida some four years since, had spent nearly half of a century
in this community, where he was in the employ of the late e. u. scoville
for many years. mr. gunn is survived by his widow, nancy kendall gunn of
clearmont, who is in ill health and was unable to come to manlius. [no
