Having received of Libbeus Ball full pay for one hundred acres of land, being the land on which the said Libbeus Ball now lives, bounded agreeably to the survey which has been made and which is mentioned in a certain writing purporting to be an agreement between the said Libbeus and myself, but which writing has not been signed, now therefore it is my will and I hereby bequeath the above described land to the said Libbeus Ball together with all the appurtenances thereto belonging, to the use of him and his heirs forever. Remainder of estate to be divided between wife and children (not named).
