THIS INDENTURE made the Eighth day of September in the year of our Lord
One thousand eight hundred and thirty-two Between Johnson HALL of LaFayette
in the County of Onondaga, State of New York and Polly his wife of the
first part and Zimri CARY of the same place of the second part Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the
Sum of Two hundred Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged have
bargained sold remised and quit claimed and by these presents do bargain
sell, remise and quit claim unto the said party of the second part in his
actual possession now being and to his heirs and assigns forever.
All that certain piece or parcel of land laying and being in the County
of Onondaga and being part of Lot Number 45 in the Township of Pompey (Now
town of LaFayette) being the equal east half of One hundred acres laying
in a square form in the northeast comer of said Lot Number Forty Five containing
Fifty acres of land. Together with all and Singular the hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the
reversion and remainder and remainden rents, issues and profits thereof
and all of the estate right title interest (can't read the rest)

Johnson HALL, and Polly HALL, sealed and delivered of 4 (?)
in the presence of Martin CARY, State of New York Onondaga County On
the 27th day of February 1836, came before me Johnson HALL and Polly his
wife both to me personally know as the grantors described in and who executed
the within Deed and the said Johnson HALL acknowledged that he executed
the same for the use and purpose within and the within named Polly his
wife being by me examined privately and apart from her said husband acknowledged
that she executed the within deed freely and voluntarily and without any
fear or compulsion on the part of her said husband. Signed Charles

forty five running south thirty one chains sixty-two and one third link,
