To Whom it may Concern: I, Jacob S. Clough knowing full well the uncertainty of this life, do now make the[sic] this my last will and testament: First. After all my just debts are fully paid I herewith bequeath to my wife Helen L. Clough all and unresedly[sic] my real estate, all now situated in the town of Athens Green Co. New York. Second. I also bequeth[sic] to my aforesaid wife Helen Clough all of my personal property of which I am now or may become possessed. Third. I herewith name my wife Helen Clough executor and administrator of this my last will.
