To John Fiere Constable: 

Greeting.  You are hereby required and commanded to summons MARTE VanBERGEN to appear before me at the house of Colonel MARTE HALENBEECK on Monday, the 24th day of September at ten of the clock in the four noon to answer the complaint of WILLIAM BRANDO in an action of tresspass.  Therefore fail not or you can answer the contrary at your parol Given under my hand at Lonenburg the 14th day of September 1770.

To WILLEM BRANDO, Constable

Whereas ISAACK KRIESHAER has made complaint to me that GEORGE STACIA hath assaulted and inhumanely beat and bruised the said Isaac, contrary to law these are therefore in his Majestys name to require you to take the body of the said George Stacia if to be found in your bailiwick and bring him forthwith before me or some other of his Majestys justices of the peace for the said City and County, to answer the said complaint, and to be dealt with according to law. Thereof fail not at your peril.  Given under my hand and seal the sixteenth day of May, in the fifth year of his Majestys reign, anno Domini 1765

To WILLEM BRANDO or any other Constable within the said City and County

You and Each or Either of you to whom this shall come are hereby in his Majestys name commanded to take the Body's of William Coventry, Charles M. Fray, John Hassott, Michael Christie and bring them forthwith before me or some other of his Maj's Justices of the Peace for the said City and County, to answer what has been upon oath complained against them in the Majesty's behalf. Thereof you are not to fail at your Peril. And this shall be your sufficient Warrant. Given under my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of August, in the fifth Year of his majesty's reign. Anno Domini 1765
