Comptrollers Office} I have examined the above account of the Treasurer of the County of Green and do certify that the sum of two hundred and twenty three dollars and forty seven Cents is die thereon, which sum is payable to the Treasurer of the said County upon the warrant of the Comptroller out of the first monies that shall be received into the Treasury of this State on the arrearages of Taxes levied in the County of Green in the year 1802
