Located in the Town of Coxsackie, on Flats Road, approximately
1 mile north of Hamilton Rd. It is situated on a hillock to the right of the
first bridge north of Hamilton Rd. It is surrounded by a chain link fence with a
gate. The cemetery is in relatively good condition, however a number of stones
have fallen and a few are disintegrating.

at the village of Lockport, New York, on the 26th day of January
