Situated in front of the Durham Center Museum on Rte. 145 in the Town of Durham. The 1850 census of Durham shows a Thomas Mullin, aged 38, b. in Ireland, a farmer, in the household of Barnard Mullin, aged 31, a miller, b. in Ireland. Neither Jane, nor Patrick are in this household. In the 1850 census, a Patrick Millin, aged 13, b. in Ireland is living in the household of Henry Dewit of Durham. A Jane Millin, aged 10, b. in Ireland is also living in the household of Bradford Rugg of Durham.

This stone was found along the banks of 10 Mile Creek along Saybrook Rd in the Town of Durham. It is supposed that the tombstone was embedded in cement and likely used as a stepping stone or footstep.
