I HENRY
STRANAHAN the mortgagee named in the mortgage herein after mentioned do hereby
certify, that a certain mortgage bearing date the seventeenth day of July, one
thousand eight hundred and fifty four made and executed by HENRY W. BRIGGS and
MARY J. BRIGGS, his wife and recorded in the office of the Clerk in the County
of Greene in Book No. 28 of mortgages, on page 402 on the 13th day of
December 1854 is fully paid and satisfied, dated the 20th day of
February 1859.
