A map and survey of two several pieces of Land lying at Catskill which George Clark hath sold to Ira Day, distinguished in the conveyance from the said George to the above named Ira, dated the 24th Instant, by Lots No. 1 & 2, but comprising several lots and parts of lots laid down on the Map by me made of the southern part of the Village of Cattskill to which reference is had in the said Deed ~ Made for Mr. Day ~ 30th August 1811
