This cemetery is located behind the Methodist Church, on County Road 18, in the Village of Haines Falls, Town of Hunter

Levi Haines, Samuel and Josie, his wife, to Chas. W. Haines for $1. All that certain land – to be added to a burying ground, already conveyed by same parties to Chas. W. Haines and bounded as follows: at s.e. corner of cemetery etc. etc. containing 7 sq. rods. They reserve the apples on one tree now on the ground.
