Marcia E. Yeomans
Marcia E. Yeomans, 81 years, of Catskill, New York passed away on February 2, 2004 at the Green Manor Nursing Home in Ghent, New York. She was born in Greenville, New York on May 22, 1922, daughter of the late Roy and Helen (Lorenzo) Knowles. Marcia was a lifelong homemaker. Besides her parents she was predeceased by a grandson, Daniel Rogers.
Surviving are two daughters, Gail Quagliano of Gloversville, New York and Dianne Yeomans of Florida; a son, Allen Yeomans of Port Orange, Florida; two grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR 81, Greenville, New York. Friends may also call at the funeral home on Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m.
Interment will be in the Greenville Cemetery in the spring.

William J. Guinan
William J. Guinan, 83 years, of Greenville, New York passed away on January 28, 2005 with his beloved family by his side, at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. He was born in New York City, New York on March 17, 1920, son of the late William S. and Mary E. (Mullery) Guinan.
William served his country in the US Army during WW II in the Pacific, receiving the Asiatic-Pacific Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal and WWII Victory Medal. In civilian life, he was regional manager for Rand McNally, a major map and atlas company, until his retirement. William was past commander of his American Post in Brooklyn and member of the K of C Boyd Council.
He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Besides his parents, William was predeceased by his daughter Rosemary and her husband Hector Menendez and a brother-in-law Michael Onyskin.
Surviving are his beloved wife of 50 years, Mary (O’Sullivan) Guinan of Greenville, New York; a daughter Donnamarie Maguire and her husband Bernard of Riverdale, New York; a son, William M. Guinan and his finance, Melissa Roggio of Greenville, New York; two sisters, Jeanne Hoffman and her husband Donald of Reading, Massachusetts, and Margaret Onyskin of Colorado Springs, Colorado; four grandchildren, Christopher Lenahan, Nicole Teriaca and Jennifer and Jacqueline Menendez; and a great-grandson, Anthony Lenahan.
Funeral service was Monday, February 2 at 10:30 a.m. from the Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR 81, Greenville, New York with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church in Greenville at 11 a.m.
Interment was in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery in Colonie, New York. Those who wish may contribute in William’s memory to the American Diabetes Association, New York State – Memorial Processing Center, PO Box 31160, Hartford, CT 06150-1160.

Eva M. Macintyre
Eva M. Macintyre, 89 of Rensselaer, died on January 27, 2004 following a long illness. Eva was born n New Baltimore, New York and had been a resident of the Capital District all her life and was a homemaker.
Eva was the beloved wife of the late John A. Macintyre. She was the mother of Eugene A. (Patty) Betar of Fredericksburg, Virginia; step-mother of Donald S. (Nancy) Macintyre DDS of East Greenbush; grandmother of Christopher and Victoria, both of Fredericksburg, Virginia; step-grandmother of Katherine M. Tennant of Eagle, Colorado and John A. (Catherine) Macintyre of Coeyman, New York.; stepmother-in-law of Ann S. Macintyre of Spencertown, New York; aunt of Barbara (Ralph) Cafarelli of Kingman, Arizona and Francis (Patty) Heidelmark of Malta, New York; and dear friend of Al Busold of East Greenbush, and Lorraine Swinyer of Ravena, New York. She was also survived by many grand-nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to the staff of Barnwell Nursing Home in Valatie, New York and Dr. John D. Bennett of Albany Associates in Cardiology and Dr. Robert Davenport of Valatie for their caring of Eva.
Service will be at a later date at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Albany Rural Cemetery.

Ignatius “Rex” Feth
Ignatius “Rex” Feth of Bethany Village, West Coxsackie, New York, passed away peacefully at his residence on January 28, 2004. H was 89 years old and would have been 90 on February 13, 2004. Mr. Feth was born in Saskatchewan, Canada and together with his wife Anne emigrated to the United States in 1934. He became a US citizen and served in the United States Army in 1945.
For most of his working years, he was a mechanic for various service stations and service station operator. He was the owner of Rex’s Sunoco and Auto Sales in Coxsackie from 1962-1979. He had also owned the Cedar Hill Garage in Selkirk. After retiring he worked as a night watchman for American Valve.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 166, Coxsackie; the Knights of Columbus; and a communicant of St. Mary’s Church in Coxsackie.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years. Anne (Weixl) Feth; three children, Margaret (Albert) Matter of Coxsackie, George (Cynthia) Feth of Livonia, Michigan, Dorothy (Douglas) McCarty of Hannacroix, New York; three grandchildren, Douglas Matter of Earlton, New York, Brenda Spinner of Ravena and Jonathan Feth of Michigan; also great-grandchildren, Matthew Spinner and Lauren Matter. He is also survived by three nieces and grandnieces in British Columbia, Canada, and a niece in Lake George, New York. Rex is the last of the family of 12.
A Mass of Christian Burial was offered Saturday, January 31 at St. Mary’s Church, Mansion Street, Coxsackie. Relatives and friends called Friday at the Sopris Funeral Home, Inc., 11877 Rt. 9W Coxsackie, New York. Interment was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Coxsackie, New York.
The family suggests memorial donations in Rex’s name be made to the Coxsackie Rescue Squad or St. Mary’s Church, Coxsackie. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.

Roslyn Mary South
Roslyn Mary South, wife of the late Brigadier General Hamilton D. South, USMC, died January 24, 2004 at The Teresian House in Albany, New York. Mrs. South, who was 88, attended the New School in Manhattan.
Well-known as the proprietor of Bear Trap Antiques in Alban and Westerlo, she was also an accomplished writer and artist. Mrs. South’s work appeared in a number of publications, among them The American Mercury and The New York Times. Her paintings, which took their inspiration form the American primitive tradition, are included in collections around the country.
Mrs. South is survived by three children, Deborah Lord of Hannacroix, New York, Hamilton D. South, III of Van Hornsville, New York and Megan Fulweiler of Saunderstown, Rhode Island; also nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were by the Cunningham Funeral Home, Greenville.

John H. Miner, Sr.
John H. Miner, Sr., 65, of West Coxsackie, died Wednesday, January 28, 2004, at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson.
Born in Catskill, he was an Air Force veteran of a four-year tour. John was employed as a electrician at the SUNY Albany uptown campus and the downtown administration building, retiring in 1993. He also served as the Town of New Baltimore Code Enforcement Officer. John was a member of the American Legion Post 1614 in New Baltimore and held a number of offices. He also was a member of the National Knife Collectors Association and the Buck Knife Collectors Club. John was a member of the Earlton Fish & Game Club, and the Lamplighters & Ridgerunners.
He was the devoted husband of Beverly Rose McCauley Miner; loving father of Denise Wilsey (David) of West Coxsackie, John H. Miner Jr. (Charlene DeForest) of Catskill and the later Debora Ann Miner; proud grandfather of Kyle, Ryan and Megan Wilsey; brother of Beatrice Reidhead of Amsterdam; also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Sunday, February 1 in the Caswell Funeral Home, Ravena, with Reverend Frank Florez officiating. Spring burial will be in Chestnut Lawn Cemetery, New Baltimore.

Bee Woodruff
Bee Woodruff, of Westerlo, New York, passed away on January 31, 2004 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, New York. Bee was born in Albany, New York, daughter of the late Daniel C. and Rose (Duker) Saulsbery.
During WW II Bee worked at General Electric as a material move person in 73 A Dept. making panels for submarines and she also wrote for the newspaper in that department. She was very involved at that time with the Red Cross and was the first person to receive a “Gallon Pin.” After the war, Bee went to the manage the Photo Studio at the W. M. Whitney & Co. Department Store in Albany, New York for 10 years. She was instrumental in the Albany Market to initiate doing children’s pictures with Santa. She then went on to become a dental assistant for Dr. Kurland for 10 years, during which she trained at least 30 dental assistants, one of which was race car driver Shirley “Cha Cha” Mulldowney.
Bee will be remembered most prominently in this community as co-owner and operator with her husband Peter of Woodruff’s Grocery’s Store in Westerlo, New York for 32 years. She loved having people around her. She particularly enjoyed the fine art of match-making. Bee especially loved her “babies” Mickey, Misty and Tara.
Bee was predeceased by two nephews, Johnny Hootman who was killed in Vietnam, and Darrell Udell.
Surviving are her beloved husband Gerald “Pete” Woodruff of Westerlo, New York; a brother, Sam “Jack” Saulsbery of Colonie, New York; a sister, Evelyn Hootman of Fairfield, Iowa; four nephews, Bruce Saulsbery, Richard Saulsbery, Stephen Saulsbery and Dennis Udell; four nieces, Joanne Saulsbery, Roseann Hootman, Joyce Coffin and Roxanne Horlacher; a sister-in-law, Delyghte Woodruff; several great-nieces and great-nephews, several cousins and numerous dear friends.
Funeral services was Tuesday, February 3, at the Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR 81, Greenville. Interment will be in the spring in the Hannacroix Rural Cemetery. Those who wish may contribute in Bee’s memory to the Westerlo Rescue Squad.

Clayton D. Quick
Clayton D. Quick, age 93, a 16-year resident of Climax, New York, formerly of Kerhonklson, New York, died Sunday, February 1, 2004 at the Fireman’s Home in Hudson. He was born October 2, 1910, in Ulster, New York, the son of the late Norman and Grace (Jollie) Quick.
Clayton was married to the former Virginia Irwin, who survives at home.
During World War II, Mr. Quick served in the U. S. Army in Central Europe, the Middle East, the Rhineland, Italy and France. Mr. Quick was a self-employed carpenter.
Clayton was a member of Ark Lodge #48 F & A M of Coxsackie, the Kaksakee Chapter OES #873 of Coxsackie, the Cypress Shrine of Albany, New York, the New Baltimore American Legion Post #1614, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, The Earlton Fish and Game, the Accord Fire Department and Medway-Grapeville Fire Department.
In addition to his wife Virginia, he is survived by his foster son Roger Rice of Climax, a son-in-law William Pomeroy of Accord, New York, and his brother Vincent and his wife Murial Quick of Port Orange, Florida. He is also the stepfather to two children, seven step-grandchildren, and 12 step-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
On Saturday, February 21, 2004, at the Sopris Funeral Home, Inc., 11877 Route 9W, Coxsackie, New York, Kaksakee Chapter OES #873 will conduct services at 1:00 p.m., Ark Lodge #48 will conduct services at 1:15 p.m. and the New Baltimore American Legion #1614 will conduct services at 1:30 p.m. The Memorial Service will follow with Reverend Harold Page and Reverend Neil Irwin officiating. A reception will follow at the Medway-Grapeville Fire Company.

Margaret E. VanWormer
Margaret “Honey” Trosclair VanWormer, 61 of Coxsackie, died Tuesday, February 3, 2004 at the Hospice Inn, St. Peter’s Hospital. Margaret was bone in Ravena and had lived in Coxsackie for 18 years. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Margaret Trosclair.
Survivors include her long-time companion Miguel Alvarez of Coxsackie; daughter Stephanie (Charles) Austin of Coxsackie and Stacie (Craig) Trosclair Quintana of Ravena; sisters Carol Kane of Ravena and Barbara Furst of Florida; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several aunts, nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her brother, Benjamin Trosclair and sister Patricia Snyder.
Funeral services were held Friday, February 6 at the Babcock Funeral Home, Ravena. Burial will take place in the spring. Contributions in memory of Margaret may be made to Community Hospice of Albany, 445 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205.

Paul Balashek
Paul Balashek, age 85, died suddenly January 19, 2004 on his beloved farm. Paul was born on December 2, 1918 in Newark, New Jersey, son of the late William and Suzanne Onufer Balashek.
Paul defended his country serving in the Signal Battalion during World War II and had been a member of the Rensselaerville American Legion Post No. 589 for 44 years. While stationed in England, he met his wife-to-be and brought her back to America.
As a teenager, Paul loved nature and came to upstate New York summers to work on a farm. He was a great lover of birds and bees. He loved raising his cattle and making honey for his apiary. He also shared an antique business with his family. Paul was fondly known to many as the bee man. He belonged to a bee club and gave many lectures on how to become a beekeeper.
He was predeceased by his sisters, Helen and Ruth.
Paul is survived by his devoted wife, Jean, of 59 years; his cherished children, Sandra and Corey; a sister, Margaret Korzen of Palm Beach, Florida; a brother, Steven Balashek of Millington, New Jersey; a sister-in-law. Louvina Jago of Penzance, England; a brother-in-law Peter Thompson of Exeter, Devon, England; and his much beloved canine friend, Ziggy.
Relatives and friends were invited to call at the Reilly & Son Funeral Home, 9 Voorheesville Avenue, Voorheesville, New York on Friday from 3-7 p.m. with a service at 7 p.m. A spring burial will be planned at the Medusa Cemetery.

Bridget (Peggy) Evans
Bridget (Peggy) Evans, 80 years, of Astoria and East Durham, New York, passed away to the home of her daughter in Norwalk, Connecticut on February 3, 2004. She was born in Ballingarry, County Limerick, Ireland, on February 28, 1923, daughter of the late John and Mary Scanlon.
Peggy and her late beloved husband Thomas Evans were the proud owners of Evans Palm Inn in East Durham, New York. She was a retired secretary having worked for the NYC Board of Education. She was also a member of Corkmans Association, the Irish Cultural & Sports Centre and the Greenville Irish American Club. Her family and friends will miss her liveliness, beautiful smile and her twinkling Irish eyes.
She was the loving wife of her late husband, Thomas Evans; loving mother to Thomas John Evans and his wife Monica, Mary Elizabeth Evans and her husband Joe, James Patrick Evans and his wife Diane; loving grandmother “MeMa” and “Nana” to Shauna, Seamus, Meghan, Nicolas and Bridget.
Funeral service was Saturday from the Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR81, Greenville with a Mass of Christian Burial from Our Lady of Knock Shrine, East Durham, New York. Helen Elizabeth Hilzinger
Helen Elizabeth Hilzinger, 88 years, of Oak Hill, New York, passed away at the Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, New York on February 4, 2004. She was born in Oneonta, New York on January 16, 1916, daughter of the late William Lake and Augusta Maria (Cowles) Hilzinger.
Helen attended elementary school at Craw District No. 5 on Fish Road in Oak Hill, New York, graduated from Albany City High School, New Paltz College and she also attended night classes at Albany Business College. She taught third grade at the Griffin School in Albany, New York for 33 ½ years before her retirement.
She was a member and past regent of Meeting House Hill Chapter N.S.D.A.R. and New England, and a member of the Oak Hill-Durham U.M.C. She was proud of the fact that she had lived in Oak Hill her entire life.
She was predeceased by two brothers, James Leland and William Raymond Hilzinger, and a sister, Marion Catherine Hunt.
Friends called at the Cunningham Funeral Home, Greenville, on Sunday. The DAR conducted a service at the funeral home on Sunday at 3 p.m. Graveside services will be at the Oak Hill Cemetery prior to her interment in the spring. Those who desire may contribute in her memory to the American Heart Association.

Robert Alfred Gay
Robert (Bobby) Alfred Gay, 51, formerly of Coxsackie, died suddenly at his home in York South Carolina on February 12, 2004. Born March 1, 1952 in Catskill, New York, he was the son of the late Donald and Dorothy Gay, Sr. of Climax.
Raised on a farm, Bobby had a passion for gardening and farming. Bobby worked in many fields, however, he spent most of his life in the Coxsackie area working for the Schoenborn Farm, his lifelong friends. He also worked for the Town of Coxsackie.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Florence Hillicoss Gay; son Frank Gay of Coxsackie; daughter Phyllis Gamson and her husband Jason; older brother Donald Gay Jr. and his wife Shirley of Earlton; sisters, Lauretta Gay of Coxsackie, Janet Mateer and her husband Orville of Hudson, Dolores (Dee) Smith and her husband Todd of Hannacroix, Joan VanWormer and her husband Alan of West Coxsackie; a grandson, Frank Gay Jr.; two nephews Jason and Johnathon Southwick; four nieces, Karen Gay, Desirea Chamberlin, Marcella Mateer and Nicole VanWormer; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother Joseph Gay and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Bobby will be best known for his willingness to always be there for family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all whose life he touched. A memorial service will be held at the Medway Congregational Christian Church on February 28 at 2 p.m. All are welcome.

Ralph E. Lindskoog
Ralph E. Lindskoog, 87, of Lindskoog Road, Alcove, died Monday, February 9, 2004 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany.
Born February 6, 1917 in Alcove, he was the son of the late Carl and Frieda Swenson Lindskoog. Ralph was an Army veteran of World War II, serving with the 5th Armored Division. He was honorably discharged as a First Sergeant and received several medals and decorations.
Following service, he married and moved to Palenville, where he operated his won grocery store. He returned to Alcove in 1968, built his own home and has resided there since.
Ralph was employed for several years at GE in Selkirk and retired 20 years ago. He was a member of the 5th Armored Division veterans and took pride in maintaining his lawns and property.
His wife Mary predeceased him on February 16, 1978. Ralph is survived by three daughters, Christine Fezzu7glio of Nescopeck, Pennsylvania, Kathleen Zitz of Alcove and Karen Pollio of Catskill; five grandchildren, Deneen Byrne, Justine Blood, Bless Shire, John Fezzuglio and Eve Oakes; ten great-grandchildren; one brother, Gus Lindskoog of Delmar; and several nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by two brothers, Olaf and Herbert Lindskoog.
Cremation has been conducted privately. Burial of the urn will be in the spring on the family lot in Chestnut Lawn Cemetery, New Baltimore.

Gerard P. Pfeffer, SR.
Gerard P. Pfeffer, Sr., (Jerry), age 75 years, of 321 Scheller Park Road, West Coxsackie, New York died February 10, 2004, at St. Peter’s Hospice, Albany, after complications form a stroke on January 20, 2004.
He was born in Hollis, Queens, Long Island, May 20, 1928, and was the son of the late Henry and Caroline (Briun) Pfeffer.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, February 14, 2004, at The St. Mary’s R. C. Church, Coxsackie, with Reverend Fr. John Moyna, Pastor, as the celebrant. Interment will follow in the springtime in the family plot at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Mr. Pfeffer lived in Coxsackie most of his life. At one time he was the building inspector for the Town of New Baltimore. He was a member of The Catskill Glee Club, a member of the Stubien Society, and at one time was employed at the Coxsackie Correctional Facility. Mr. Pfeffer was a communicant of St Mary’s Church in Coxsackie and loved the outdoors, always doing something around the pool or yard for his children. He was an avid boat lover and was always boating on the Hudson River. He was the boat captain and water ski instructor for his own children, as well as his grandchildren, family and friends. He loved Lake George and was a jack of all trades, always called upon for his expert advice in any situation. Mr. Pfeffer will be greatly missed by many. He was proud of his many pins that were given to him by the American Red Cross for donating blood. He loved music and he and his wife square danced for the pass 25 years. He loved camping and was a sun worshipper. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Pfeffer worked in the research and development department of General Electric. He served in the United States Air Force from 1946 to 1949, with an honorable discharge.
Mr. Pfeffer is survived by his wife of 53 years, Jean M. (Peach) (VanAlstyne) Pfeffer of West Coxsackie; two sons, Gerard Pfeffer Jr. of West Coxsackie and Michael J. Pfeffer and his wife Caren of Wrentham, Massachusetts; two daughters, Mrs. Michael (Linda) McGraw of Ravena and Mrs. Patrick (Susan) Doherty of Feura Bush, New York; a twin brother, George Pfeffer and wife Margaret of California; a sister, Dorothy Pfeffer of Flushing, New York; eight grandchildren, Ryan, Joseph and Daniel Doherty; Michael and Megan McGraw, and Rachel, Hanna and Abigail Pfeffer; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Mr. Pfeffer is predeceased by two brothers, Carl and John Pfeffer.

Lillian Kelleher
Lillian Kelleher, 80 years, of Darlington, Pennsylvania, passed away at the Medical Center of Pennsylvania in Beaver, Pennsylvania on February 9, 2004. She was born in New York City on March 7, 1923, daughter of the late John and Marie (Webber) King.
Lillian married Daniel Kelleher on July 4, 1942. They lived on Long Island for a few years, in 1950 they moved to Durham, New York, where they lived for 39 years and where they raised their four sons. In 1989 they moved to Culpeper, Virginia, to escape the Greene County winters. They later moved to Warrenton, Virginia. Daniel passed away on July 17, 2000 and Lillian moved to Darlington, Pennsylvania to live with her son Donald and his wife.
Lillian loved to travel. Through the years she and her husband made several trips to Ireland (his birthplace). In 2001 she traveled to Germany (her family’s heritage) and to the Czech Republic to attend a grandson’s wedding. When this Czech family visited the U. A. this past summer, she visited Niagara Falls with them. In May of 2003 she attended a grandson’s wedding in Seattle, Washington. While there she toured several national parks and was amazed at the size of the trees. She had a great time at her granddaughter’s wedding in Darlington, Virginia this past October and was looking forward to another grandson’s wedding in August. She will be remembered by all of her family and friends as a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Surviving are her four sons, Patrick Kelleher and his wife Mudite of Chatham, New York, Bruce Kelleher and his wife Christine of Warrenton, Virginia, Donald Kelleher and his wife Roberta of Darlington, Pennsylvania, Timothy Kelleher and his wife Susan of Waterford, Virginia; her grandchildren, Mitchell, Desire, Bonnie, Nick, Brian, Desi, Joe, Sean and Todd; her great-grandchildren Shannon, Daniel, Marion and Sydney. She was also survived by a brother Kenneth King of Norton Hill, New York. She was predeceased by two brothers, Arthur and John King.
Service was Saturday from the Cunningham Funeral Home, Greenville, New York with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Baptist Church, Greenville. Spring interment will be in the Greenville Cemetery.

Charline Lewis
Mrs. Charline Lewis, 84, of Crystal Lake Road, Crystal Lake, died Saturday, February 14, 2004 at Eden Park Health Care Facility, Cobleskill, following a long illness.
Mrs. Lewis was born on February 12, 1920 in Gilboa, New York, a daughter of Harvey and Grace Cook Kingsley. She and her husband, the late Donald Lewis, were former owners of Lakeshore Camp and Cottages on Crystal Lake. Mr. Lewis died on May 2, 1989.
Mrs. Lewis attended the Livingstonville Community Church in Livingstonville, New York.
Surviving Mrs. Lewis are daughters, Susan (David) Bell, Greenville, Donna Willard, Cincinnati, Ohio; and grandchildren, Laura and Drain Bell of Greenville, New York.
Friends called at the Palmer & Shaylor Funeral Home, 134 River Street, Middleburgh, on Tuesday, February 17. A funeral service was held at the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18, with the Rev. Carol Coltrain, Pastor of the Huntersland United Methodist Church, officiating. A spring interment will be made in Rensselaerville Cemetery.

Ellen I. Applebee
Ellen I. Applebee, 84 years, of Westerlo, New York, passed away at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, New York on February 23, 2004. She was born in Freehold, New York on June 17, 1919, daughter of the late Clarence and Alliene (Beers) Ingalls.
After her marriage Ellen had helped her husband Curtis Applebee operate the Original Applebee’s Store in Dormansville, New York until his death in 1988. She was known as a passionate reader and was always up on the current events. She was also an avid bird watcher and had remained her feisty self. She was also a member of the Dormansville U.M. Church.
Surviving are her stepmother Irene (Worth) Ingalls; a son, Alan Applebee of Westerlo, New York; a daughter, Alliene Applebee of Ashland, Massachusetts; a sister, Phyllis Crawford and her husband Alden of Sugar Hill, New Hampshire; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Curtis Applebee; a sister, Janice Dietz; and a brother, Kenneth Ingalls.
Funeral service will be Thursday at 8 p.m. from the Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR81, Greenville, New York. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8 p.m. prior to the service. Sparing interment will be in the Greenville Cemetery. Those who desire may contribute in her memory to the Westerlo Rescue Squad or to the Dormansville U.M. Church Memorial Fund.
