I found the hand copied bible records of the old Bible of The Cook Family. Jabez and Eunice Cook are buried in Acra Cemtery. They were given to me by Ula Cook Nusom, of Jamestown, Chautauqua Co. N.Y. in 1971 when I met her. She was a descendant of Jacob Cook s/o Jabez Cook. I do have title Page of the Bible & publisher date - I am descendant of the youngest daughter Margaret Cook Hayes w/o Levi Hayes (s/o Nathaniel and Rebecca Weed Hayes who lived Cario, Greene Co, N.Y. 1800s. She was d/o Nathan Weed of Westchester Co. N.Y. Rev. War Soldier who lived in Catskill, Greene Co,N.Y. From EARLY FAIRCHILDS IN AMERICA by J.E. Gilmore Pg. 109-110, Eunice Fairchild Cook was daughter of Joseph and Abigail Fairchild of Morristown, N.J. Unis Fairchild w/o Jabez Cook. She was named in her fathers will as Unis Cook.
