Last Will and Testament of Darius Tallman

I Darius Tallman of the Town on Dover in Dutches County and state of New York, being at this time in Perfect mind and memory think best to make this my last will and Testament and so hereby despose of my Estate as followeth (Viz) Impremis. It is my will in the first place that all my just debts and funeral Expenses be paid at the disgresion of my Executors hereafter named
Item I give to my son John five Shilling
Item I give to my son Peter all my wearing apparel
Item I give to my son Stephen five Shilling
Item I give to my son Darius five Shilling
Item I give to my son Isaac one yearling Colt to be Delivered at the Expiration of one year after my Decease
Item I give to my daughter Rebecca five shilling
Item I give to my daughter Phebe one cow and three sheep together with all my Household furniture Except one bed and beding the which I lodge in my self at her free disposal, also the use of the one half of my Lands and the East Room of my House as Long as She Remains Single
Item I give to my son Fobes Southworth the Bed and beding above Excepted together with all the Remainder of my Real and Personal Estate to him and his heirs forever

And I hereby Constitute and appoint my beloved Sons John Tallman and Fobes Southworth Tallman my only and Lawfull Executors to this my Last Will and testament and I do hereby Disallow Revoke and make void all former wills Legasies and bequeaths in writing Ratifying and Confirming this to be my Last will and Testament in writing whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this first day of fifth month in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and nine
